IndiaJobify.com खोलने, browse करने या उपयोग करने पर आप इन Terms & Conditions, हमारी Privacy Policy और Disclaimer को स्वीकार करते हैं। ये terms सभी visitors और users पर लागू होती हैं।

IndiaJobify की सेवा

IndiaJobify एक independent job-information और career-guidance website है। हम private jobs, government recruitment, work-from-home roles, admit cards, results, answer keys, exam dates, syllabus तथा career guides से संबंधित information प्रकाशित कर सकते हैं।

हम employer, recruitment agency, परीक्षा बोर्ड या सरकारी संस्था नहीं हैं और नौकरी/selection की guarantee नहीं देते।

स्वीकार्य Website Use

आप IndiaJobify का उपयोग केवल lawful और personal information purposes के लिए कर सकते हैं। आप सहमत हैं कि आप:

• Website की security या normal operation में बाधा नहीं डालेंगे।
• Malware, spam, fraudulent message या harmful code नहीं भेजेंगे।
• किसी व्यक्ति, employer या IndiaJobify की पहचान का गलत उपयोग नहीं करेंगे।
• Automated scraping, bulk copying या unauthorized data collection नहीं करेंगे।
• झूठी, अपमानजनक, illegal या अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करने वाली सामग्री नहीं भेजेंगे।

Jobs, Applications और Recruitment

Job post केवल informational purpose के लिए है। Apply करने से पहले employer/authority की official website पर eligibility, vacancies, salary, fees, dates, documents और application link verify करना user की जिम्मेदारी है।

• Selection और appointment का निर्णय संबंधित employer/authority लेती है।
• IndiaJobify सामान्यतः applications receive या process नहीं करता।
• Salary, vacancy और dates बिना पूर्व सूचना बदली जा सकती हैं।
• Official application fee केवल verified official portal पर जमा करें।

Young Users और Eligibility

कम उम्र के users website को parent या guardian की guidance में उपयोग करें। किसी vacancy के लिए apply करने से पहले official notification में minimum age, qualification और अन्य eligibility conditions जाँचना जरूरी है। Parent/guardian की जानकारी के बिना travel, payment या sensitive document sharing न करें।

Accuracy, Availability और Updates

IndiaJobify Editorial Team content को सही और updated रखने का प्रयास करती है, लेकिन information की absolute accuracy, completeness या uninterrupted availability की guarantee नहीं दी जाती। Official notification और employer portal को हमेशा final source मानें।

हम बिना पूर्व सूचना content को update, correct, remove या reorganize कर सकते हैं।

External Websites और Third-Party Services

IndiaJobify पर employers, government portals, application websites या अन्य third parties के links हो सकते हैं। उनकी availability, content, security, terms और privacy practices हमारे control में नहीं हैं। External service उपयोग करने से पहले उसके rules और privacy policy स्वयं पढ़ें।

User Messages और Corrections

Contact या correction भेजते समय केवल सही, relevant और lawful information दें। किसी third party का confidential data या ऐसा document न भेजें जिसे share करने की अनुमति न हो। आप हमें भेजी feedback/correction को verify और content सुधारने के लिए उपयोग करने की अनुमति देते हैं।

Privacy और Cookies

Personal information, cookies, analytics और advertising technologies के उपयोग की जानकारी हमारी Privacy Policy में दी जाएगी। Website उपयोग करते समय संवेदनशील login या financial information हमें email न करें।

Intellectual Property और Copyright

IndiaJobify का original text, design, branding और website arrangement लागू intellectual-property laws से सुरक्षित हो सकता है। Written permission के बिना substantial content copy, republish, sell या misleading तरीके से reuse न करें।

Company names, logos और trademarks उनके संबंधित owners की property हैं और information/identification purpose से संदर्भित हो सकते हैं। Copyright concern प्रमाण के साथ हमें भेजें।

Advertisements और Promotions

Website पर third-party advertisements या promotional links दिखाई दे सकते हैं। Advertisement का display IndiaJobify की recommendation, verification या guarantee नहीं है। किसी advertised product/service का उपयोग user और advertiser के बीच का विषय होगा।

Limitation of Liability

लागू कानून की सीमा तक, website information, missed deadline, user decision, third-party link, employer action, technical interruption या unauthorized external communication से होने वाले प्रत्यक्ष/अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान के लिए IndiaJobify जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करता। User अपने application और निर्णय के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार है।

Access Restriction

Security, misuse, legal requirement, maintenance या policy violation की स्थिति में हम website के किसी हिस्से की availability बदल सकते हैं या access restrict कर सकते हैं। किसी specific feature या content की permanent availability की guarantee नहीं है।

Terms में Changes

Website, services या applicable requirements बदलने पर ये Terms & Conditions update की जा सकती हैं। Updated version इसी page पर नई effective date के साथ publish होगा। बदलाव के बाद website उपयोग जारी रखने पर revised terms लागू होंगी।

Applicable Law

ये Terms & Conditions भारत के लागू कानूनों के अनुसार समझी जाएँगी। किसी dispute पर लागू कानून के अनुसार competent jurisdiction वाले न्यायालय का अधिकार होगा। किसी specific legal matter में qualified professional की सलाह लें।
